Arlene Kay Johnson, 64, of Madison passed away Friday, July 11, 2014 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. She was born January 23, 1950 in North Dakota, the daughter of Arvin and Margaret (Anundson) Johnson. She grew up in Janesville and graduated from Parker High School. She resided in Janesville for several years before moving to Stoughton and later Madison.
Arlene will be dearly missed by her sister, Lois Turk of Milton, WI. Survivors also include sisters, Shirley Purington of Detroit Lakes, MN, Carol Mengelt of Janesville, brother, David Johnson of Janesville, 1 niece, Carrie Turk, 2 nephews, Cory Turk and Scott Turk. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arvin and Margaret Johnson, sister, Beverly Gibson and brother-in-law, Donald Turk. Graveside services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery, Janesville at 5:00 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2014. Henke-Clarson Funeral Home, Janesville assisted the family
